Kyp has previous experience of call centres and their operations. He adopts a pragmatic approach and heads the team responsible for recruiting over 20,000 learners per annum.
Kyps duties involve the recruitment of all learners for cahro limited and all external clients covering approximately 125 courses in total. Kyp is the holder of NCPLH Licensing, BIIAB Drugs Awareness, Door Supervisors, NVQ Team Leading, IOSH Health and Safety and ECDL. |

Wilhelmina is a registered College tutor specialising in customer service, business administration, health and safety, supervisory management, instructional techniques and NVQ’s. Wilhelmina is a qualified NVQ 4 assessor and verifier.
In addition, Wilhelmina holds NVQ2 Accounting and she is also qualified in a range of psychometric assessment models and an approved interpreter of the McQuaig system. Wilma is currently studying NVQ 4 Learning and Development. |

During this time he was the winner of the Crabtree Prize for academic success. Neill has won many prizes for debating and public speaking throughout the world including Slovenia, Singapore and the UK. Neil specialises in Work/Life Balance, Diversity, Organisation Theory, Balanced Scorecard and Management Development. He has previously worked as an HR Manager for Proctor & Gamble and Intowork (Edinburgh). Neill speaks fluent Polish and is able to communicate in Russian and Czech. |

Geoff is an experienced NVQ assessor and verifier with programme management skills and has career experience with the RAF for 22 years as an instructor and trainer. He has specialised in NVQ development and has previously been the Lead Internal Verifier for the RAF. He has worked with public bodies including awarding Bodies and SITO. He is a member of ILM, The Institute of Assessors and Internal Verifiers, The Psychological Corporation and The Learning Network. Geoff is fully qualified and holds Learning and Development L4, NVQ Management L4, Advanced Security Officer L3, Training and Development L3, Examination Management and IT L2. |

| Cheryl has several years experience as a Registered Manager and a trainer. She is fully qualified gaining NVQ3, NVQ4, RMA, Assessor and Verifier Awards, IOSH Managing Safely and FE Teaching Certificate 7407. She has previously been a support worker for learning disabilities, senior support worker and registered manager.
Cheryl is currently studying NVQ4 Learning and Development. |

He is a member of several Institutes including Risk & Safety, Conflict, Risk Management and Health. |
