Freelance Tutor / NVQ Assessor

Health and Social Care

The role is to provide and motivate student centred qualifications predominately in NVQ Care and related Vocational Courses in the work place. Individuals will be part of a field-based team, working from home and in the community.

It is therefore essential that applicants should possess a clean driving licence, have their own transport and be prepared to travel to Head Office (Essex) to attend standardisation meetings and training.

All courses are currently delivered in conjunction with major Corporate Clients as part of an ever increasing Private Provision. In addition, cahro provides half-day and full-day courses.

The range of courses varies from project to project and cahro supplies a complete service of registration, assessment, marking, tutoring, IV as well as the recruitment of learners.

Ideally applicants should possess A Awards (D32/33) as a minimum or similar and have a proven track record of co-ordinating and motivating a team of learners.

Individuals should be able to demonstrate good organisational and communication skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks.

Retention and achievement of learners is of paramount importance for our exemplary reputation.

There is a high degree of customer interface and individuals will be trusted as the Face of the Company in the community.

This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity to join us at a time of expansion.

We welcome applications from assessors and verifiers, who can demonstrate a desire to succeed and are dedicated to achievement and quality. This role offers the potential to earn in excess of:

Level 2/3 - £22,500

Level 2/3 + IV - £23,500

Level 4 + IV - £25,000+

We will also consider applications from freelance contractors on a full-time or part-time basis.
