Freelance Tutor / NVQ Assessor Health and Social Care
The role is to provide and motivate International students at NVQ 3 Health & Social Care level and related Vocational Courses in the classroom for 2 days per week as well as work place observations and professional discussions.
THE TRAINING PROGRAMME is TERM-TIME based.
It is therefore essential that applicants should possess a clean driving licence, have their own transport and be prepared to travel to Head Office (Essex) to attend an initial company induction, HSC department induction and standardised in one day before commencement.
Applicants should possess A Awards as a minimum at NV3 level of competence and have a proven track record of co-ordinating and motivating a team of learners.
Individuals should be able to demonstrate good organisational and communication skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks. Achievement of learners is of paramount importance for our exemplary reputation.
There is a high degree of customer interface and individuals will be trusted as the Face of the Company. We welcome applications from assessors and verifiers, who can demonstrate a desire to succeed and are dedicated to achievement and quality. All classroom training programmes are supplied.
This role offers the potential to earn on a pro-rata contract basis in excess of:
Level 3 - £21,000
Level 3 + IV - £22,500
Level 4 + IV - £25,000
