HOME MANAGERS URGENTLY WANTED

Our client is seeking to recruit experienced home managers for a prestigious care home based in the HARWICH area.

Duties include:-

To provide day to day mangement and administration responsibility for an identified service within the home ensuring the service meets the requirements of the Care Standards Act, National Minimum Standards, Company Policies and procedures, Relevant Employment Legislation and other relevant legislation. To manage and support a team, ensure care and support is provided to all residents in a great manner and many more.

Salary: Will be discussed at interview and subject to qualifications and experience circa £22.5 - 25K.

Applicants should be qualified to RMN/RGN ideally holding the LMC (RMA)
